Just take ibuprofen, and maybe knock it down a notch?

50 (+/-) lbs heavier. And with unrealistic goals. Lol

I just joined with a work BFF. Not as a resolution, I've been working on this new lifestyle since June 2013. But because I needed a change. Having her with me has made the transition so much easier, and definitely more fun. If you can go with a friend, do it! If you don't have someone to go with, do it!

I'm 5'4.75" and started at 291 (size 20), currently 196(+/-) and in a size 14. My UGW currently is 150. It may change. When I last saw 170, I was pleased mostly... But that was at the age of 14!

Way to go! Keep it up <3

Great job!

Well, after reading this and your profile, I suggest you being more kind to yourself. Motivation is tough to keep sometimes, and the best motivation is seeing yourself succeed. IMO, you NEED to be committed to a change, before you can believe you can. Good luck! I hear good things out of T25!

Last time I checked, 5 lbs away!! But, I've made am agreement with myself that I won't weigh again til my birthday. Surely I'll see a nice 1-- number on the scale by then!
-
I'm so sorry.

Nearing 300, and told I'm diabetic at 25. Reason plenty. Haven't looked back. And won't.

Maybe if you feel deprived, you should look at how you're going about it from a different view. I of course don't eat every little craving I get, but I do enjoy an occasional treat. Perhaps you can incorporate your lifestyle so that you can have those things. Either way, it can be very difficult. Good luck!

25, when I was told I had diabetes.

Like a food scale? Or a personal weight scale? Food scale helped me a lot. But, I think a personal scale would be very beneficial, as you lose, your calorie allotment will change.
-
Your hard work definitely paid off!!! Way to go :)

Eggs Turkey bacon Salmon Chicken Zucchini

Woop woop!! However, I would have halved the burger ;)

There's no reason you can't take it. Its essentially a multivitamin. And, its recommended to take long prior to trying to conceive as it helps get your vitamin/ mineral stores up. ETA I also take prenatal with out intentions of pregnancy.

Hey! Started at 291 last June. It has taken some time, and a few plateaus. No magic pills and no surgery. My hopes are to get down to 150, so, 60 ish lbs to go. Just do it!

Awesome!

Hi! I'm 26, 5'5", currently about 216, wanting to get to 150. Also a PCOS peep, and diagnosed with diabetes. However, it is really well controlled right now with diet, exercise, and metformin.

I'm currently doing the 21 day fix. As a beginner, some of Autumn's work outs are NO JOKE. Either way, good luck! 40 lbs sounds like a lot, but you can do it :)
-
Way to go!! I'm pretty darn proud of myself too. Got in a nice hike that burned plenty of calories, and ate maybe 100 of those calories back.
-
F/26/5'5", loss of around 73 lbs, 13 months.

Bump

26 y/o mom and wife, with 60-70 left to lose! Feel free to add me :)
-
New clothes!! I need new smaller scrubs too. Stylish outfits. Not just my same ole jeans and tees.
-
My biggest fear is, I won't be satisfied. I'll be uncomfortable with the scale not showing a loss anymore. All I've known is obesity. I don't know "normal", and quite frankly, it scares me as much as it excites me.
-
I needed this!! Thanks :)

PCOS and metformin. 0 sex drive. Poor hubby.

The feeling that no matter where I was or what I was doing, I was being judged. Still feel that way. Also, feeling judged for anything I ate. So I often tried to convince everyone I wasn't hungry and refused to eat in front of anyone. I still have problems there, but no where near as bad. Being uncomfortable anywhere…
