Weighing Fruits ?
This is such a newbie question, but I don't care for fruits, but when I do consume I'd like to be accurate. Do you weigh the whole apple? Core included? And banana, weight with, or without skin? I know, I know. Stupid... But I'm curious!

360 Days of MFP

Anyone have luck playing with calories?
Has anyone tried or noticed better results with alternating caloric intake? Such as 1200 calories this week, 1400 next... Just keeping it a little different?

How About This For Motivation?
I took my BMI when I started this journey 9 months ago, and mone currently. There is just over an 11 point difference! Wow. Its so easy to fixate on the scale, your clothing size. We often over look over these accomplishments as well.

Fruit Hater
That's it. I hate em. The only fruit that mildly appeals is a banana. Occasionally melons. Am I the only weird one?

Why Do You Want to be Thinner/Healthier?
Besides obvious benefits of health, what motivates you? What is waiting at the end of your journey? For me, I'd like to be able to ride horses without the guilt of breaking their backs. I'd like to buy for style once in a while. And, a big middle finger for all the people who made negative or nasty comments on my weight.
