I took my BMI when I started this journey 9 months ago, and mone currently. There is just over an 11 point difference! Wow. Its so easy to fixate on the scale, your clothing size. We often over look over these accomplishments as well.

Agreed. I wrote a post on my blog today "No Scale Needed"! We fixate on that number and forget other things. It's important that we learn to focus on ourselves as a whole - not a number reflected on the scale. How much exercise you did, how many and what kind of calories we eat, how our clothes are fitting, etc. We forget to recognize the things that really matter. If we focus on what matters, we change our mental program, the number on the scale will change to reflect our positive changes in life. Cheers! Thanks for sharing!0
