I'm 2 weeks I to my new routine and I hurt every day is it a good thing? I don't know the only time I ever get results is when I am in pain but the pain always makes me quit! I'm not going to this time but if anyone has any good tips as to ease the pain I'm all ears!

Just take ibuprofen, and maybe knock it down a notch?0

I wouldn't recommend the above, regularly loading yourself up with pills is not a good idea.
I'm constantly in pain. My back is almost tight all the time even with foam rolling every day + legs feel sore for a few days after training them.
The only thing you can do to reduce it is make sure you are hitting your macro goals, especially protein. High amounts of protein will make you recover faster leaving you less sore. Apart from that it's something you just have to deal with.0 -
It depends what you mean by pain. If it's sore muscles from exercising, then make sure you're giving yourself a day off every now and then to rest. Light walking, stretching, warm baths and eating enough protein can help.
If it's actual real pain, you might have injured yourself. If it's joint pain it's best to ease off and get checked out to make sure everything's OK I think.
Please be careful you're not going in too strong too fast if you're new to exercise. Your body needs time to adapt and needs breaks to recover.0 -
It really depends on the type of pain. If it is just muscle soreness (DOMS), then that is something that you’ll eventually adapt to. You can manage it with rest, water, warm showers and active recovery (walking, stretching, moving). If it is joint pain, that needs to be addressed.
When you say you’re in pain “every day” does that mean you’re doing the same program every day? You need to allow your muscles to recover. Also, you should ease into intense programs (intense is a relative term, as a beginner, everything might be intense).
