you actually don't have to gain weight while pregnant. you already have enough fat to live off of. focus on eating lean meat like chicken and pork and eat as many vegetable as you like. try to eat fruit rather than fruit juice. cut out as much potatoes, rice, bread and pasta as you can. only eat things that have…

you look amazing! you are an inspiration too. keep it up girl and enjoy your life!
-
you look wonderful! and it sounds like you are determined to keep up the lifestyle changes you have made. you are doing it the right way-healthy eating and exercise-way to go!!
-
thank you everyone for all the kind words. it sure does help to know that all my hard work is noticeable to others. the next 50 lbs is in the process of coming off! all of you are doing so well too. i am proud of everyone for their determination to become healthier. again, thanks.

you have got the right idea. it's not a "diet", it's a "healthy living plan". it all boils down to cutting out carbs, increasing protein and fresh foods and exercise.
-
last week i weighed in at 296, so i know the sense of accomplishment you are feeling. first time for me in almost 10 years.
-
no, that is my mom's wheelchair. but i seriously had trouble just walking to the mailbox and back. and now i walk a mile on the treadmill 3x a week with no problem.

ok, i'm back for november. after punking out in october because of my sprained knee and other myriad reasons, i am back in force. i think i'll aim for 12 miles, but if someone can tell me how to figure out how to count the elliptical (my new obsession), i might change it to 15.
