i tried spaghetti squash the other night. it wouldn't get uncrunchy. the taste seemed ok, but i didn't like the texture. anybody have any fixes?

when i was 398 i wore a size 34w jeans and 4 x tops from lane bryan or roamans. now i weigh 310 and am in a 26/28 jeans and a 2x top from lb or roamans. i can buy 4x (26/28) from walmart now too.

try to eat little things every few hours that contain PROTEIN. pickles and popcorn have no nutritional value. have 1/2 pbj sandwich, cheese and a couple of crackers, a string cheese, a scrambled egg or 1/2 tunafish sandwich. and make sure dinner contains PROTEIN and veggies. chicken and fish are the best, but lean cut…
