Hello my name is Sherry. I have used my fitness pal in the past but never stayed with it very long. Hoping to meet a few encouraging friends and to be encouraging. And I hope to lose the ten pounds by December... losing 2 pounds a week is my goal. Hope everyone has a good Tuesday.
