Being a vegetarian, carbs are probably the largest portion of my diet. However, I try to stick to healthy carbs, such as whole grains and veggies, now. Hi! Personally, I put sedentary because I spend a lot of time at a desk, etc. If I exercise, I log it in. This has worked well for me so far. Good luck!
