I love this thread! My Tuesday triumph is that I had a relatively poor food day yesterday (volume, not quality - stress eating), but I tracked every morsel and got right back on the horse today!

I'm in! I'll be back Saturday to post my stats. Thanks! I can't say the weather affects my ability to work out. I work out in my home, and I live in Los Angeles. So I'm pretty much set whichever way I go! :-)
