I do insanity. I just do the best I can do and I'm only about 15 pounds overweight. I can't keep up either. I just try to get better each time.

lol I didn't do any girly push-ups, but 30 the 1st set, and 15 after I rested for a few. Challenge done!

Just did the fit test this morning. Wasn't as bad as I thought I would be. Push-ups jacks was tough.
