Eat high fat foods (the healthy one would be the best of course), peanut butter, nuts, avocado, coconut meat, use healthy oils in your cookings such as coconut oil and olive oil. :)

Just recently bought overall denim shorts XL(asian size), but its loose around my waist and just enough allowance on my thighs and the Larger size fits perfectly around my waist area but tight around my thighs so I ended up getting the XL and will just use belt. don't be! you'll do fine, just don't weigh yourself everyday since your body will be adjusting first. Agree! I'm on the same boat, even my family, their telling me I looked anorexic, then they will be asking how I'd do it and if I still eat. I mean really?! I'm dead by now if I don't eat. maybe because I've somehow lost a lot of weight and they can't imagine I'd succeed. WTG for us!
