5'3 SW: 156lbs CW:120lbs GW:110-115lbs Currently my calorie intake would not exceed 1800 but not under 1500 for sure, that would be net. There would be days I will be weighing 118lbs but I'd like to register my weight a 120lbs. Would like to soon increase my intake to 2000 cal! Working on strength training to gain muscles.

Just an update, I regain my period back! I increased my calorie intake and include healthy fats like nuts and drinking soy milk, I don't know if that helped me regain,. I'm just so happy!! :)
