That is a tricky one if I go shopping by myself about $200 but if the hubby comes with me its between $350-$400 a week he is slowly starting to learn to either let me do the shopping if he is with me or stay at home so I can do it by myself it always ends up more when he is with me

I have the fitbit zip I love it I have had mine since I think February this year

I drink white coffee no sugar but I have almond milk in mine. I slowly weaned myself off the sugar to get it with no sugar I know you ran out of milk but maybe try and wean yourself off it.
