Hello! I gave up regular pop years ago...I drank diet for a long time until I heard stories of how bad for you all of those chemicals are. So now I drink water with lemon in it, it's really good! Seltzer with lemon when I want bubbles!!

Hello! I agree with you about accountability being a big part of it. I used myfitnesspal a few years ago and had great success with it. Now I am back to lose a few more lbs! Add me, I need the help and would be happy to help you!

It is personal. But if you don't share it with others, at least keep track and weigh in so you are at least accountable to someone: YOU! I started at 204 a year ago, got to 174, slid back to 189 and now I am on track again and am at 184. My goals are to get to130 & to keep it off! It is a lifetime battle, for sure!

Hello, there! I am 54 (but am really around 25 at heart). I hear you on the overweight & underpaid! ;-) Looking to join a group where we all support each other toward that slim & gorgeous goal! I keep dieting for months and then get too comfortable and slide back a little, it is sooo frustrating! Anyway, I am starting up…
