Hi, it's me again!
I'm back after doing so well a few years ago. I have gained the weight back, and have been really struggling to get to a place where I will stick to a diet. I did well yesterday. I hope to do even better today. I am eating right and sticking to my allotted caloric intake. I need all the help I can get!!
