Hey there. It's time to lose weight. I have a sedimentary job, I commute by car (sit in the car 2 1/2 hours/day) and I am going to school online, I sit and study 2 hrs/night. Recipe for disaster. I tried to fit workouts in by walking the treadmill while I read, but ended up tearing the meniscus in my knee. Meanwhile, I damaged my shoulder while making my bed/lifting the mattress (of all things!!). I just started myfitnesspal food logging 3 days ago. I used it 4 years ago and lost 30 lbs. It's time again! I'm looking for people who are struggling/also need support - lets support each other!!
