Ahh. I've been having a slimfast after my workout, but thats the only extra meal I've been having. I should start having something before dinner maybe. I sometimes have a banana, but I suppose that isn't enough?

Hey. I used the elite nutrition guide. You can get it free on the net, if you type it into google. I inputting my height, weight etc. then it walked me through this equasion thing to help me how to work out how many calories to cosume based on the amount of exercize I do, and how to adjust it so I can loose/ gain/ maintain…

I've seen my doctor. My test results have all been normal, even though the weight seems to be primarily central. My weight was 72kg and in this month it has admittedly gone to 71.6kg in the morning, but around afternoon etc. it tends to keep back to the 72kg or beyond mark.

Hey, I've been tracking it since 29th May and no change so far. My waist initially went down in the firs week of tracking but about a cm, but the cm has gone back on there.

Originally my diet was around 1200cal a day, sometimes a bit more sometimes a bit less wih the odd day off now and again (i.e. a party or something) . Generally fruits as snacks, if I am drinking a carbonated drink it would alway sbe diet. Rarely eating bread, evening meals consisting of rice, egg and veg etc. etc.…

Get a blood test done. It maybe a sign of a certain vitamin deficiency :)

Write the four on a peice of paper then fold them up and put them in a bag. Select one randomly an ddo that first, once you have completed the selected workout, randomly select a new one and so forth until the bag in empty :D

I've heard of this "neck slimmer" device, which you can get quite cheap online, It's used to tone the mucles in the neck I believe and it is quite inexpensive. I'm not sure if it works, but there are some quite positive reviews about it :)

I bought a loose fitting thin t-shirt and gym trousers from walmart. Really cheap and if they stink of swet and get out of shape and wrecked I don't care, cuz I know for the price of an addidas shirt I can buy 3/4 more lol. If I get to hott I just roll up the sleves or trouser leggs

Rest and get better, because you risk infecting others. The wipes maynot be sufficient enough to kill the organisms which are causing infection in your wound. If you can try some home workout videos, or if you are really itching to get bck to the gym, plz plz see your dr about how easily the infection can be spread or…

It seems that the best option is probably just to re-do the week, because I am quite prone to injuring myself. Tbh, an extra week in the grand scheme of things isn't so bad. I want results but I need to think of saftey aswel

Hey, Thanks for the advise. I might try doing two a day e.g. during a fit test day and then another a couple days later (as I have a couple of weeks before I am leaving, so I can spread out doing double) If I am feelign it is too much I'll just re-do the week. It wont be too painful....hopefully. lol :)

cool. Thanks. Also are slimfast a decent enough shake post workout. I don't usually have the double schoop, just one cuz I know it is quite full of carbs

If you have problems with your feet, please see your doctor so that they can organise special insoles to help with the arch or ask to be referred to an orthopaedic. I tried mild cardio with weights, when I was a member back in the gym. It never even made a dent in me. I would go swimming after the workout aswel (usually about 30mins workout and 15mins swim, then I would get bored. lol)

I started both insanity and hiphop abbs today. I love both of them. I could really feel my abbs stretching and I was laughing all the way. As a beginer I don't know if I can keep it up, but I surely will try. haha

I'd see the physiotherapist if you can before looking into workout videos. Then you can find out what you can and can't do it will be easier to narrow it down

Thats ashame about the migranes. Do you usually get them or do you think it may have been from excessive sweting resulting in a mild dehyrdation?
