  • (srry smthign occured to me. I found that after 4 weeks of weekly exercize which was less intense and eating proccessed foods, cakes, take-aways etc. 3 years ago I lost so much more than recently when I am doing intense activity and eating clear 93% of the time)

I don't know the exact mechanism, but I'm guessing it has something to do with the fact that the blood supply isn't sufficient due to reduced hydration, which causes problems with muscle metabolism.   • I just saw this. NSAIDs are nastey things. If you do take them make sure you take advise from a doctor or nurse as you will need to line your stomach i.e. eat before or when you take them (I'm not 100% sure if that is accurate so plz plz check with the pros)
