Ibuprofen! That stuff scares me! Are you eating something before you take it?
-
In which case, thank you for the advise :)

Hey, Thank you for the foam roller link. I will try grab one from a sports shop tommorow :) I'm not taking protein as such after a work out, due to the expense, but I am having 1/ 0.5 of a slim fast shake. Is that maybe not suitable? Lol, contingencypl, where there undertones of sarcasm in that first line? I do know the…

Sorry for the ignorance, but what is a foam roller?

The pain is in my thighs and sometimes calves. Mostly when getting up or sitting down.

2 inches in two weeks is amazing! I've actually started to notice my clothes getting tighter which is a bit worrying >.< week 4, you are really far into it. I'm finding that yesterday, day 13, I'm starting to sweat more. I'm being able to push myself more. Before, midway through a 1min exercize i would just find myself…

Hey, I don't know if this is what you have. I'm not saying it is, because I'm NOT a doctor and I haven't trained at a medicalschool for 6-8years. However I feel this is what most people on the topic are refering to http://sportsmedicine.about.com/od/women/a/Amenorrhea.htm I suggest you see your doctor. You are very young…

Firstly I'm not a doctor and I have no experience of asthma. However when it comes to exercising with an illness you shouldn't push yourself too hard, unless prescribed by a doctor or medical professional. I'm not going to say push through and I'm not going to say stop, but I am going to say talk to a professional as they…

I would seek Drs advise before doing any exercize as you may aggrevate the condition. For the time being work on the legs maybe?

2 hard boiled eggs and a peice of toast then some fruit? Whole grain pasta with spinach, pesto and a light sprinkling of cheese Make some vegetable burgers and freeze them Lightly fry some onions and chilli then add some tomatoes and have it on some pasta or with toast (you can use any vegetables for that). Oh wow. Thats interesting. I never knew that physio could be used for trapped nerves. Anti-inflammatories make sense. My motto: If there's something wrong with the head, neck or spine take it seriously. They are the three areas that I personally wouldn't want to have anything wrong with, so I'd prefer to have a thorough…
-
Wouldn't a pinches nerve require some sort of a decompression treatment, like carpel tunnel syndrome? (I'm just curious) Also sorry for the double post

Diabetes! OMG! I completly forgot about that lol Diabetes seems to contribute to everything *sigh* lol

Oooh, I really like the look of those books :D thanks for the link :D

Hey, Your doctor has done the right thing. You may actually be defficient in B12 (or smthing other issue). If this is the case he will need to correct this before being able to refer you to physio. If he refered you to physio without checking your bloods thats not good, because this needs to be corrected first. Blood tests…

Okay, cool. I shall try those out :) Thanks for the help :) Also I just realised 4.5cm at day 15 not every day. lol
-
There is a level higher than level one....:'( noooooo mercy. lol
-
Did you loose 4.5 cm a day from day one or did it take a while for that effect I'm not really getting how to do push-ups. I think I might go visit the local trainer to get a days teaching on push-ups (seriously...watching me do a push up is beyond amusing!)
-
It gets easier? :o Now there is something I find hard to believe! hehehehehe I'm actually really worried about month 2, because during the level one drills I can only do about one push up....as I can't really do push ups. ofc I mae it the best push up I can. I just don't seem to have the upper body strength yet

I'm currently on day 11, so if i'm not counting the previous sessions, I'm not really that far into it
-
I subtracted 500calories to give me 1820calories ) (also prior to starting insanity I did above 9 sessions spread over 20 days as I was moving out etc. do those sessions count?)
-
I'm taking in the 1800, sometimes 200more sometimes 200less depending on the day, I'm averaging at about 1700 calories. I used the guide in the elite nutrition pack to work out my calories. Is that a good estimate or should I be useing a different equation?

Hey. I was really excited to see this DVD. I doubt I will be able to buy it until Xmas though :( Out of curiosity, what do you require for the workout equipment wise?
-
Thans for the replies. I've been dropping my calories to around 1200-1500 on my days off/ stretch days :D Probably why I have had so little enegery
-
dark chocolate kitkat bars ;)

Hey, I hope you don't find this offensive, as given your medical history I would be unsure what foods are good for you and what aren't etc. and how often you should be eating I always say this, the best thing to do is see your doctor, so that you can either arrange a regime for you or they may refer you to a dietician who…
-
Leaving a few left over from the night before. I usually do that Or frubes!
-
Also consider what the doctors have said. They might not have given you a prescription, but if they have given you dietary advise thats better than a prescription. It might also be worth askign to see a dietician if the doctor has said specifically that it is down to your calorie intake.

Hey, I'm not a doctor, but some wikepedia knowledge maybe helpful. You MAY be suffering from Amenorrhea, which can be caused by not eating enough (Anorexia Nervosa) and too much exercize (Athletism). It can also be caused by a variety of other things. I suggest you see you doctor/ a different doctor to discuss your…
