Hey, The best thing to do is see you GP. Before booing an appointment ask if there is a GP with special interest in sports medicine. If not see any GP and if they can not help they may refer you to see a specialist in sports medicine or an orthropod for better advise. maybe you might need a special type of shoe or insole.
