I never lost weight on weight watchers. I don't know what the deal was but I always felt like it was too many points and probably that in combination with me making mistakes was just a disaster!

From what I've read the high end of balance is limiting yourself to one hour of any exercise and take one day off for rest the low end of balance would be 30 minutes 3-4 times a week.

Just for the record, I sure wish they would eliminate 'medium' size fruits and vegetables. A dietician showed me one time what a medium size is - think of the smallest piece of fruit or vegetable you have every seen in the grocery store and that was the medium.

I like 1500 calories too. I tried the 1200 that was recommended and I just could not stick to it. I'm much happier now. I like to match up a protein, carb and fat each meal. It requires you know portion sizes but it effectively kills my hunger like none other.

Yep. She lists fats as avocados, bacon, butter, chocolate, coconut, cream, eggs (also could be a protein), mayo, olives, salad dressing, sour cream, oil, etc. most are 1 Tablespoon, avocado would 1/4 of one. Bacon is 2 strips unless it's thick then it's 1.
