Have you logged your calories?
A couple of times I've logged my calories just see where I'm at. I'm following the 1200-1499 calorie plan but when I log my calories I'm only at 1,000. I've been adding an extra protein, cheese or carb etc. just to get over 1200 calories. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience.

One One One Diet
Has anyone tried this diet and had success? One protein, one carb, and one fat at every meal. Veggies are free. Plus two snacks - each are one protein, 1/2 carb, and one fat.
