I eat about 60-70 grams of fat a day, I'm not sure if going over this could cause health problems? I get a bit hypercondriac about food and health.

Cortney875, looks are just one small part of who you are, and even people we think are 'beautiful' will have someone they think looks better than them. Maybe try and think about positive things to who you are, ones you can control more than looks, for instance maybe you are kind, or funny, or smart. I hope you feel better…

Hi, I am 21 and diagnosed with pcos this year. I'm having such a miserable time of it. I have a laparoscopy coming in a couple of weeks eek, but hopefully that will help somehow. It's probably tmi but I haven't actually been able to be intimate in over a year with my partner due to pain.

Me too, and it's my right side too! I notice it most in my one sided love handle, don't think I'll be wearing any skin tight clothes ever but otherwise I try to ignore it as I'm hoping others don't notice it as much as me.
