I deal with this on a daily basis. My MIL tells me everyday that I am getting too skinny ( I am 5'8" and 166) and she is always bashing on her skinny sisters or complete strangers.

my boyfriend and I go walking or hiking together. When we do go to the gym together he either shows me how to do some strength training or I do my cardio and he does his lifting.

When I got mine done it started to reject and never healed so I had to take it out. I scar very easily and my scar is seems to have faded a lot and I had to actually point it out for my boyfriend to notice. So I say, if you want to get it done go for it, just make sure to keep it REALLY clean :)

i was wondering the same thing actually. I am completely finished as of today but, I don't weigh in until Thursday because I don't have a scale at home haha. I took my measurements yesterday but they hadn't changed since ending level 2.

I plan on taking a couple weeks to work on my cardio a bit then start it again. I was gonna do ripped in 30 next but i think I will do the shred once more before that.

I really don't like level 2, I groan everyday when I have to do it! I do like some of the exercises but overall not so much haha. moving onto level 3 this weekend, thank goodness.

i'm on D2L2 but i took my measurements a few days ago... bust was down but I don't remember how much , I forgot to record it :blushing: waist - down 1 inch hips - down 1 inch and on day D7L1 I had lost 2.4 lbs not a bad 10 days!

I got started because my class is having a "biggest loser" challenge and I WANNA WIN! but now that I've got started its because I wanna feel good about myself, not be embarrassed to take pictures of me and the bf, be healthy, and wear a bikini!

i am supposed to start day 1 of level 2 today because i started a few days early. i haven't decided if im going to have a rest day or not yet.

this is going to sound strange but... put lime slices and cucumber slices into your water. I worked for a catering company one and they use to do it for something different than lemon water (ew). Its very light and refreshing and makes water way better :)

L1D8 done... I'm doing well with the strength and abs but my cardio endurance has gone down :( I'm hoping its because I am just tired the past couple days!! moving on to L2 in a few days :|

i found WHERE you can search something, put your weight and time (exercise button then database button) i tried jillian michaels, julian michaels and jilian michaels with no luck!

I did day four today. I was sooo tired but got up and did it anyway :) very proud of myself normally i would just take a day *cough* week *cough* because of being tired. i feel much better now!

Did my first day just now. I am using 3lb weights and my arms are like jello! The workout is definitely intense but doable. There was a few times I just wanted to take a break but, i pushed through! good luck to everyone starting in the next few days; we can do this!
