Check out agave syrup. I was a honey addict (had mine on toast!) and I switched to agave. It's around 12 calls pet tablespoon depending on the branding. They stock it near the jam/peanut butter in UK supermarkets but it might be with natural sugars like stevia too :)

Pack your own lunch! Make a tasty stir fry maybe? If it has to be packaged, have a look at the Asda 'good for you' range. They do a nice tuna sarnie! Or you could always grab a bag or mixed salad and a tin of tuna, or some olives or an avocado and make a salad on the go pretty easily?

keep celery sticks and carrots in your fridge, they're crisp and you can eat a relatively large amount of them - i make sure there is always a supply in the fridge for those manic 'open the cupboards and search for something to stuff in my face' moments ;)

I lost about 12lbs before i could notice. The first thing that i noticed was my jeans not fitting... gradually. I've lost almost 20lbs so far and people have only just started to notice, and i've only just started downsizing my clothes. dont get discouraged, you're doing great!!

Thank you everyone - I definitely dont want to go into starvation mode! I also find it really weird that the scales are going down but i dont see any change... and yet i put clothes on and the dont fit me... then i look in the mirror and still see no change! Just me?
