You are not being unrealistic. My low weeks are two pounds. I work out 6 days a week and only eat fruits and Veggies. Before I started here I was 405 pounds (roughly 31 stones, UK). I don't eat out, only eat fruits, veggies and lean meats. I eat 6-7 times a day. 3 weeks 18 pounds gone. Oh well I do have my reeses mini cups every night though... shhhh dont tell anyone!

Sometimes I have to. If I do, it is a handful of trail mix or dried cherries. Just something small with 2 cups ice water. Then come home for oatmeal or eggs and toast after.

I would go with the after a few days see a doc. With the inflamation in the whole intestine you might have something spasming or something along those lines. Could be from an infection. That is what mine was. 7 days antibiotics and I was all good.

Last year I blew my knee out running. During the healing I did Yoga 4 days a week. Low impact and actually progressed the healing in the knee. Now I do yoga 2 times a week.

Just started running. I am on here and Map my run. I have done the Louisville Triple crown twice and had a patella ligament that was damaged in between. Losing weight and now training to run the triple crown and do my first full marathon next year hopefully at goal weight. Feel free to add as friend.
