Well I was on here for some time before. Then I had a huge amount of stress hit and well I maintained weight for the most part but I am back for the last month and looking to get back into it.... If you would like to add me as a friend that would be awesome. I only have about 150 pounds to loose :smile:

I am very open about it with my peeps. I also am very loud about if the company buys lunch to offer a healthy option. Now there is always something for me. Alot of the time it is a veggie tray or power bar but atleast they think about it. I also always keep protein bars and other items that I can eat at my desk in case…

I would say see your doctor. I was doing 1,500 when I started and then went to the doc and was blasted for being too low. He put me up to 2,500 and I was losing more weight than eating less. Log everything and I do not eat my excersize. I know many do. Do not do the same workouts more than 6 weeks at a time. Do variety. The more the body does not expect what is coming the weight melts off. Push through plateaus, I have had them last 3 weeks. I then drop like a 5 the 4th week. You can always add me as a friend…

This is what I did... I could not run the whole thing so I had the Ipod and everytime a new song started I ran until I could no longer go. walked the rest of the song and repeated everytime a song started.

I live in Costco. I but a lot of fruits and veggies. Also the 10 pound bag of Perdue chicken for $22.00 is awesome as well. I spend about $150 a month per person on groceries.

I buy alot of Power Bar and Simple Truth bars. I leave them in the car, office and cupboard for cravings and such. Some are tastier than others. My go to is always fiber one bars. 140 cals and all are tasty especially the new coconut one.

When I wore the Body bugg the MFP cals and body bugg were pretty close. Someone told me once that the MFP cals are based on mid level resistance. So on an elliptical it would be level 8 or so. Not sure how that works on the Treadmill though. I do all my runs in nature! :)
