just want to say hello to everyone i would like any pointers or support that u can share thank u

    As Yarwell suggested - Log absolutely everything ... the good choices, the not so good choices so that you can systematically swap out the not so good choices with healthier options.

    Log everything and I do not eat my excersize. I know many do. Do not do the same workouts more than 6 weeks at a time. Do variety. The more the body does not expect what is coming the weight melts off.

    Push through plateaus, I have had them last 3 weeks. I then drop like a 5 the 4th week. You can always add me as a friend I am on a lot and we have a good group with great positive suggestions. No way is the right way unless it is your way!

    Log everything and if you are at the lower end of your calorie intake do eat 1/2 of your CARDIO back if i am doing 60 minutes of a GOOD cardio class or runs my body lets me know i need to eat back calories but if i am doing a 90 hot yoga class i do not need to eat them back .It all depend on you listen to your OWN body when it comes to eating back calories.
