As Yarwell suggested - Log absolutely everything ... the good choices, the not so good choices so that you can systematically swap out the not so good choices with healthier options.

Log everything and I do not eat my excersize. I know many do. Do not do the same workouts more than 6 weeks at a time. Do variety. The more the body does not expect what is coming the weight melts off.
Push through plateaus, I have had them last 3 weeks. I then drop like a 5 the 4th week. You can always add me as a friend I am on a lot and we have a good group with great positive suggestions. No way is the right way unless it is your way!0 -
Log everything and if you are at the lower end of your calorie intake do eat 1/2 of your CARDIO back if i am doing 60 minutes of a GOOD cardio class or runs my body lets me know i need to eat back calories but if i am doing a 90 hot yoga class i do not need to eat them back .It all depend on you listen to your OWN body when it comes to eating back calories.0
