Fantastic work! I hope to put up a post like yours one day :) Your hair looks nice and healthy too!

I know the feeling. I don't seem to have an off switch when it comes to chocolate. I have bought myself a bar of 70% dark chocolate, and have been allocating myself 1 square a night after dinner. So far so good...

It had to have been immaculate conception. I mean, she's a nun, right? There is no other way it could have happened. *sarcasm*

Have had it for a week or so already. I guess mine might take a little longer. There is a lot of fat there.
-
Great! Hope it disappears soon then
-
Thanks for the reply. I guess it means I have to work harder to shift the fat then.

Wow I feel like one of the fattest people here... Age 27 5ft2 CW: 208lbs, size UK 18 GW: 134lbs, UK size 10/12 I'm not aiming for this size 0 nonsense. I want to be strong, fit and 'normal sized' like I was before.

1.What clothing brands do you love to wear? Why? Not fussed, whatever fits. 2.What clothing brands do you hate? Why? Super expensive brands with massive logos all over it. Don't see the point in it, you're just paying for the name. 3.What’s your go-to outfit? (A tee shirt and jeans? A dress and heels? A sweater and…

I'm 28 this year. Feeling very old compared to you teeny boppers in your early 20's. God I miss being that young :P If any 'elderly' 20 somethings are feeling left out, feel free to add :)

Don't run with shin splints. I started running in May. Got shin splints in July/August. I still have them. I don't run now. But have been training at the gym and been doing yoga, trying to build up the strength in my legs.

Hi, I'm from Edinburgh, Scotland. Always happy to have more UK friends :)

Bowling? Ice skating? Walk along the beach if you have one. Hillwalking. Visit to the museum. That's just off the top of my head.

I crave chocolate in vast quantities. And sometimes I crave fish. It's really strange.

I'm here daily, but I'm not a nurse...

I tend to go for shop bought pizzas now rather than takeaway. The calorie and fat content is a lot less.

I normally eat pretty much the same thing. I buy my food for a whole week so that it saves me from buying crap. Normally buy a bag of salad or pea shoots, baby tomatoes, cooked beetroot, 2 pitta breads, carrot. Fillings for the pittas are normally egg or tuna mayo, cheese and pickle, chicken and avocado. For snacks I take…

Yip. Too much of everything. Shortbread and chocolate for breakfast. Today, I am back on track, and will keep going until next Christmas.

In 2013 I lost a stone. I would like to lose another stone for 2014. I could probably aim a lot higher and say 52lbs for the 52 weeks. But there is no point in setting myself up for disappointment if I don't hit target. I will be perfectly happy at losing slowly and being healthy, losing inches and toning up rather than…

I'm 5ft2, weigh 204lbs and I'm a UK size 18. Fortunately, they are starting to get baggy.

Happens to me too!

Depends. If I got out for breakfast and have a full English/Scottish, then I probably won't exercise that day, or eat until later. I find porridge with banana really filling.
