Lumpy Stomach... Good or bad?
Hi, not sure if I've posted in the right place, but anyway. I recently changed my workout and started at the gym a month ago. Have noticed my stomach has gone all lumpy and uneven. Has anyone else had experience of this? Is it a good thing, or a bad thing? I.e. saggy skin?

Do you treat yourself?
Today I discovered I'd lost half a stone since my heaviest weight. My treat to myself was to go on a run. However a friend of mine suggested I either go for a massage, or try a new activity, buy new clothes. Do you treat yourself at each weight loss mile stone? If so, what do you do?

Can't lose a thing
Hi all. I am obese. 5ft2" and weighed 224lbs. Was fed up so started to do something about it, and within a month I lose 3lbs. I joined MFP to track my cals. My BMR is 1870 or something, but have generally been eating between 12 - 1600. Sure I've had a few 'fat' days, still adjusting to the healthy lifestyle. What I did not…
