I tried Assault and gave it away after two times. Completely destroyed my stomach. Had to stop lifting both times to go to the bathroom.

I find that success usually shuts these people up. Keep doing what you're doing and let them see the results for themselves.

take some sort of fiber if you're not getting enough of it. Metamucil works great

Never warm up. Just get there and start pounding away. I also don't have a cool down and I have never had any issues.

The best exercise to get rid of fat is your diet. I do no cardio and just lift and eat right. Melts away like magic.

My wife has been doing it for over 10 years now. She told me she lost close to 50lbs in 6 months and has maintained her weight on it ever since. She doesn't do the meetings though. Said they were annoying

Right there with you. Got down to my final goal 3 years ago and it slowly came back to exactly where I was when I began. Just have to suck it up and start over again knowing that if you did it once you can do it again.

I heard those Aria's are a nightmare to setup. My friend who is in IT finally gave up he got so frustrated with it. My scale is dead on with the doctor style one at my gym.

My wife noticed after about 4 weeks, so at 8lbs lost. I didn't tell her that I'm eating better and going to the gym because she is pregnant and has been upset about her weight for the last month. Hate rubbing it in that I'm losing weight and she's gaining. But she was excited for me.

Went about 100 over because I had a couple beers. Screwed my weigh in day up though because of water weight I'm assuming. Weighed myself Weds and was 3.4lbs heavier at weigh in today.

I did 2 lbs a week with the intention of sticking to it but knowing that if I go over a little I will still be losing at least 1 a week.

Could it be that they find it hard that you lost all that weight the right away and are afraid that you have an ED? I had a friend that lost over 50lbs just by eating right and her parents confronted her about this. Said it was not possible for someone to drop that much weight without having a ED. :mad:

I only lost 8lbs to go from a 38 to a 36. Guess its all the hard work put in the gym.

I'm about 2 lbs away from it. Been in this catagory for about 2 years now and really looking forward to being out of it again.
