Congrats! You look great. Love looking at old pictures seeing the difference. Reminds you that you never want to go back there again!

Congrats! You know you can do it!

It's only a matter of time before they make spanx for thighs. Never understood this new obsession with "thigh gap"
-
I don't go by those charts but it's actually between 140 and 176 for women.

I wanted to call BS on this so bad but here it is! http://www.cnn.com/2010/HEALTH/11/08/twinkie.diet.professor/index.html Amazing "Haub's "bad" cholesterol, or LDL, dropped 20 percent and his "good" cholesterol, or HDL, increased by 20 percent. He reduced the level of triglycerides, which are a form of fat, by 39 percent."

My stomach can't handle most fast food so as a rule I just stay away. Have had this problem since I was a little kid. Sends me right to the bath room. Subway is fine but no burgers, fries or chicken products. Its painful!

Everyday. Keeps me reminded to keep up the good work

Then you also can mix it up a little and do something like a Max-OT workout. I did it back in 2007 and had insane results. 4-6 reps every set. Performing 6-9 heavy sets for each muscle. Went through 4 12 week cycles for lack of a better word and my close friends swore I was on the juice.
-
Depends who you ask or where you read it. I've seen muscle is 7-10 cals a day and fat is 2-3. Regardless, it's good to have more muscle!
-
I would hope your doc was just worried about an undiagnosed illness. Had a woman at my work say the same thing. Said I looked crackhead thin. When I put a ton of muscle on a couple months later she told me I looked to bulky. To this day she calls me bulky instead of my name. Can't win with some people.
-
When my knees and feet started giving me constant problems. Went to a foot doctor and he simply said "You're over weight, lose 30lbs and you should feel better"
-
I would try looking into Stronglifts if I was you. It's free and online with some great charts to help you out. Starts you out as a total beginner and works you up slowly. I know what heavy lifting isn't. The woman at my gym that sits on the leg machine with 5lbs of weight on for 30mins while playing games on her IPad.

Allergies. Best excuse ever.
-
Cause it's funny as *kitten*.
-
I wish I had one near me because I would join. I luve their Lug Alarm and they're dirt cheap.
-
I go during work. Lucky enough to have a boss that is really into the gym and feels if someone wants to take an extra hour on top of their lunch, go for it!
-
At the moment Oolong Tea, Lemon Myrtle and Marigolds.
-
Habanero's minced up or just hot sauce. I actually hate the taste of whole eggs but love egg whites.
-
They've ran out of other things to post.

Never heard of this hipspread thing from keeping you from loosing weight. My wife has had 2 and she got down below her before pregnant weight. Was 189 at 8 months and a year later shes in high 120's.
-
You will always have important events coming up. Just shoot for 2 lbs a week and be happy with it at this event. Who know's, in another 12 weeks after that something else may come up that you want to look good for and you'll be down 36lbs! I always used to try getting in shape for the summer starting in May/June but then…
-
I got a FitBit and only log things I do in the gym now.
-
Good lord that's an amazing transformation! Good work. Hope this doesn't offend you in anyway but the second pic looks like it should be of your younger sister.
-
How long were you a smoker for? I've quit for 6 months now and still find myself short of breath when jogging. Just hoping that it will get better soon. Smoked on and off for 20 years. Congrats on reaching your goals!
-
You should. I was super surprised when I saw that I was walking 5 miles a day without even trying.
-
I didn't start losing weight until I got a food scale. I was way off on my guesses.
-
I didn't get fat until I bought a house, got married and had a kid. Seems like everyone of those events added 10lbs on to me. Only started eating better again because I have another kid on the way and I was nervous I would add another 10!

Stop on the way home from work. I used to leave the house at 6am, work all day and get to the gym on the way home from 10pm to 11pm. Could do it twice during the work week and once on your day off.
