What do you put in your water?

Options
Morning y'all.
I drink a solid 3L of water a day, but I want to switch it up and try adding some flavors/fruit to my water every once and a while.

Do you guys have any ideas? Anything you use?

Maybe not the healthiest route, but I use the crystal light liquid. It has 0 calories and they're really good! I do sometimes use lemon, but at work I just keep a few of the crystal light drops in my desk.

I like several things that have been mentioned, ginger root, mint, citrus, cucumbers.

In addition, I find strawberries or raspberries a great addition.

I also get dried hibiscus flowers from a Latin market. Gives a great color and tartness. Red Zinger gets most of its zing from them.

Had someone give me large lemons she brought back from her winter home in AZ, I juiced them and froze into ice cubes, they were a fun addition. Might start doing hibiscus ice cubes too.

Fun with water. I don't bother tacking my water in take, I drink a LOT of water daily, if anything too much some days.

I like my water extra cold so I don't taste whatever the Brita fails to mop up.
