  • I understand how you feel..Ive always been a 'all or nothing" thinker too When i do have a cheat meal i feel soo guilty about it....I think i have to allow myself to have a cheat meal..but then work my butt off that day with some extra exercise!! This network is awesome...the support makes a difference.

  • to respond to that..im not sure exactly for you how many carbs your supposed to have..but u can kinda figure it out from this but im supposed to eat..1200 calories per day and apparently im supposed to have 165 g carbs 40g fat 45g protein... but remember good foods are carbs too..like fruits and veggies..
