sprinters have more muscular legs than long distance runners, as they need leg strength for speed. i can see you getting more toned, not bulky. faster running/hiit burns more fat xx

I love training legs when I find the time, my favs are weighted lunges, dead lift and weighted step ups using my weight bar plus 30kg, I'm a newbie with weights x
