You will find it's a LOT different than going by what the machines at the gym say, since the HRM will be tailored to your body specifics. I'm so glad I got my HRM so that I can be more accurate!

I bought a microwave popcorn bowl that you supposedly use no oil in it. Will try that and see what happens. I use what is considered to be "all natural white" popcorn. Isn't that better for you?

Thanks. Just wanted to save time by not having to figure all the individual ingredients! : :smile: Couldn't find a similar sandwich online. Oh well...now I can buy the ingredients and make it at home! It's a good sandwich!

It's hard to tell how much "you" burn unless you get a heart rate monitor where you can enter your personal information in. I have a Polar FT4 that helps me a lot.
