im interested in what others would say on this too, 5 months in and ive only just reached 24 lbs, it came off quick but slowed and stayed the same for over 5 weeks, have increased exercise to burn over 1'500- 2'000 kcals per day it has started moving again but still at only at approx 2lbs a week. would love to be losing at…

i have never tried the dvd's or the game versions but i do go to a class, and i love em. im over 200lbs but never feel self concious or out of place. my class has woman from 16 up to approx 65, its fun and i burn calories what more can you ask?/:smile:

embarrasingly it was vanilla ice at my local ice rink in 1992 i was 15 lol , thankfully my next one will be radiohead at the o2 in sept/oct.:smile:

i am a little confused with alll the replies. i want to lose approx 3lb per week i think that is just right for me as i have over 100llbs to lose, so according to my math i should be burning approx 1500kcals per day in order to achieve this right???

well im planning starter: stuffed mushrooms with a rocket pesto main. stuffed chicken for him, vegi version for me dessert: gooey chocolate puds i have no idea how many kcals as yet will do on day.x
