You are my height and you look fantastic. After I converted pounds to kg, I worked out my goal weight is what you are at. Well done! My starting weight is 67 kg so slightly less than your SW, but I feel very motivated after reading your post.

Goodness me when I first saw the dates I thought it was only one month and was a bit " no way" then I realised in the US the day and month are written the other way around. So well done! You look fantastic.

This sounds so like me. I think the answer is to keep logging even when your goal is reached, otherwise complacency sets in and you think, "oh a little bit of chocolate won't hurt" . A little bit won't, but a lot of little bits add up! Good luck.

I think it's quite easy to hover near 1200 if you are really eating non processed food. Anything that comes out of a packet and does not resemble food in the slightest will make you fat ! Congratulations everyone on their success.

Please think very seriously about a tattoo! I'm an ER nurse in Australia, so I have seen quite a lot of ink. Let me say, what may look ok at 20-30, looks ghastly on dry, wrinkly, saggy old skin. Don't do it!!

Hi, I have porridge with low fat milk, fruit, slivered almonds and a teaspoon of brown sugar for breakfast. Soup and bread for lunch. Homemade usually veggie and lentil.
