  • I agree with all those saying don't do it! I did low-carb successfully once during the Atkins craze but ever since that, when I have attempted to do it again once or twice, it has just felt horribly unnatural, boring, highly uncomfortable and resulted in no weight loss. I now wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
