I wouldn't count diet soda. I wouldn't count diet soda as anything but crap, but that's just my opinion. I use propel zero. i use one packet in 24oz of water.

I take 800mg ibuprophen and try to push through. I skipped yesterday because the first day has a way of kicking my butt straight to the couch. making up for it today. hope you can get some relief!

I turned my den into a gym pretty much. weights, bands, a heavy bag, yoga mat, turbofire, p90x, insanity, and some JM workouts. I always did cardio, weights, and then cardio again. the first bit of cardio warmed me up for the weights and the 2nd round of cardio went right into cooling down.

yeah, i stay close to 1800 now. i didn't even think about the 200 calorie catchall! i had forgotten about that until yesterday actually. I've been so tired and stuff that I actually took a 2 hour nap yesterday and knew something wasn't right! Good luck!

listen to your body. are you tired? grumpy? still able to push hard during workouts? if not, then just hydrate and ride it out. either you plateau, or you keep losing!

I would stick with a 500 calorie deficit. maybe a little higher, I had mine at 800 which is roughly losing a pound a half a week. in theory, that's what it should be! LOL everyone is different though, some do fine with a 1000 calorie diet, or if you're like me you need to eat to lose weight!

I was only eating 1300 calories a day, TF said I should eat around 2000. I lost about 5 pounds the first week and then haven't lost more. If it goes in my body, I log it. it has helped me catch on to where the extra calories are hiding! I log sleep, workouts, keep a to do list! if i don't stay organized I will fail.

so far so good today! ate good, pushed super hard through Fire 45 this morning and then hung out and watched TV with the husband all afternoon! everyone is doing great! I'm hoping i'm down at least a pound tomorrow! need to break this plateau!

MFP already has a defecit set in your calorie limit. eat those calories back or you WILL plateau. there are many threads and posts about it. just do a search.

I agree that maybe trying to get to 1200 isn't a good idea right now. your body will take care of your milk first and if that means holding onto fat stores, you may need to keep your calories higher than 1200. personally, I like my Sportline 925W after researching both the polar FT4 and the SL 925W the sportline just works better for me.
