I cheat for one meal on saturdays. I have lost weight and knowing i will eat a bit heavy i excercise hard too.

My hubby supports my weight loss. I do a lot of crock pot cooking as i work 830-5. He will measure out my food and make sure the rest is put away when i come home from my tae bo class.

I worked at an italian restaurant and one of my regulars asked me out. Our 1st date was okay, just coffee. Then next date we went out to breakfast which he again asked me out to and we split the $11.26check. WTF!!!!! I knew that was it for me

My ah ha moment was when i saw a pic of me sitting next to santa on 12-18-11 and i was BIGGER than Santa WTF.

I still go to mcds on nights im running around. I love the grilled southwest salad, grilled chicken wraps, chicken sandwiches(no mayo) and the parfait.

crock pot!!!!! Chicken breast, enchillada sauce and taco seasoning mix on low 8hrs. Shred and put in tacos. I also do chicken breast and bbq sauce in the crockpot on low for 8hs makes great pulled chicken sandwiches :smile:

My weigh in is after my tae bo class as the instructor weighs us. I do cheat that day because i am active. I cheat with one meal only

go to McDs webite and create your meal. I use this for days i have to run around. I love their grilled chicken sandwich no mayo and a parfait for 400 calories and like 5-6 grams of fat

I love morning star black bean soy burgers on deli flats. I also stock up on green giants veggies in sauce. Also try morning stars corn dogs they are great too. You can also bring left over dinner to work too :)

I love McDs too. What i do is go to their website first a build my meal so i can see the nutitional content of it all. THis way you can play with it a little. i.e....remove mayo or cheese from a sandwich and switch to small fries. Life is about moderation not depriving yourself of food you like. I love their grilled club…

Ditch the shake. Get you calorie count and find filling foods that will work in your calories.

I work out either before work or after. I bring all my food for the day to control what i eat. The more healthy options you have around you the easier it is to stick to your diet.
