  • Hi ! I've been on here for a few weeks now. I log in every day and keep a strict food and exercise diary. I am not one for holding back if I see people going wrong. So add me if you are happy with this!!:smile:
  • When training during my rugby days we always refuelled after training, main meal. Pre workout we would have a small snack- banana , fruit. Hope this helps. :smile:

  • Being from UK, I don't get your football ( but its each to their own). I follow rugby and soccer. Rugby- Ospreys and Wales, Soccer- Man.Utd and Wales. Had good weekend last weekend as the British Lions beat the Aussies 2-1 in tests, and welsh boys made up most of the team.

  • Hi, it looks like you are not eating enough. I work an office job and train 5 x a week( 5hrs cardio split over the 5 sessions). I was not eating enough to start with due to exercise level and was not loosing. I then increased my intake and started to loose. I notice that when on night shifts and don't eat properly I loose…

It may look like a big up hill struggle at present but if you do it slowly and gradually increase time you will get there! When I started rowing I would be done after 5 mins, now do 1 hr sessions, taken six months to get there. You will get there…

  • Congrats on your weight loss. Well , if you are old at 43yrs old I must be old as well as I am same age. I can understand how the weight goes on as you the years pass.
