Calories primarily, then protein and fibre as they both help me feel full (aiding me to stick to my calorie goal!). Sodium next then I keep an eye on fat as my fat macros are usually appalling, but that's usually my need to eat ridiculous amounts of peanut butter every day,

I don't think so! Saturday you was probably more than a 1000 calories under your maintenance. The next day, you could have eaten your maintenance calories plus the additional calories left over from Saturday to average your maintenance. I think some people on here refer to it as calorie recycling, where that person has a…

Coffee with a tsp of sugar and a dash of semi-skimmed milk is how I take it. It works out at about 20 calories per cup. :)

Your profile says your goal is to lose 30lbs. How tall are you? 100lbs is on the small side (unless your under 5ft!)

I have meals where I screw up. Usually when I order dominos...

I had exactly that a few months ago! Weird!

I eat 20g-35g of the stuff a day. Can't resist it, not that I want to resist it.

You can literally eat anything in moderation. If it fits your macros including bananas and even takeaways. Weight loss is about calories in vs calories out. The honey thing and not eating after a certain time is a myth.

OP is definitely insecure about exercising alongside the more athletic, but I'm sure after a few visits (maybe at different times of the day) she'll start noticing those who are overweight. To be fair nobody gives a *kitten* about anyone else at the gym. Most people are usually too focused on their workout. The OP sounded…

All food should be weighed before you consume it. When home cooking, calculate your own recipes using the recipe builder, making sure you weigh every ingredient you have used. Don't go by other peoples recipes as they would have used different recipes and brand ingredients etc. so it would not be accurate. You also need to…

The OP said that he was a man. For a man, weighing 120lbs is too low.

Your losing the correct way. Your friend may have an ED disorder and forcing herself to throw up is incredible dangerous. Your friend needs professional help. You need to continue on with the hard work. EDIT: My atrocious spelling.

Thanks! I think you should talk to him and tell him how you feel. Literally tell him straight and see what he says. I don't think you can change his mums mind, but he might be able to talk to her about how he feels. As long as he is making time for you, and seeing you regularly (as couples do) then it shouldn't matter what…

Some mums are very protective of their kids and the idea of their son being in a relationship and loving another woman is probably frightening to her. It's a matter of waiting for your boyfriend to feel that it is the time to put his foot down and say "I'm 19, I can have a girlfriend if I want." You are both not children.…

You are on the border of being underweight which could explain why you are feeling this way. I worked out your TDEE on this site here ---> http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ If you lightly exercise (1-3 hours a week) then your TDEE (maintenance goal) would be 2160 calories per day. The amount you are eating…

I prelog, up to 3 days ahead when I get free time as I am often busy. I leave about 40-50% of my calories for dinner, so I have room to change my mind if I feel like something else.

You seem to have gone over your sodium quite a few times in that time, so I'm guessing it's probably water weight which will drop down in the next 5-7 days if you stay under on sodium.

I've given up caring about sizes! I have work trousers (provided by work) that are a size UK 20, yet I tend to find that my clothes size is around a 14/16. I find that sometimes going for a bigger slightly looser size looks so much better, as clothing that is too tight can often look very unflattering. Try not to care…

I made this however I didn't cook it enough. (1.30 mins) It's good for a chocolate fix! Although I feel really sick after eating it as it is so rich and a large portion! Definitely adding more sugar and less cocoa next time and cooking it more. It's a great recipe :)

I eat about half of my calories in a sitting for dinner. I have it late and it's stopped me over eating in the evening.

I try to avoid the scales at that time of month! I was under the impression that water helps constipation. I usually focus on eating more fibre and water and after a couple of days it sorts itself out.

I eat maintenance, sometimes for a couple of days if the cravings are bad. I plan my meals to my usual calorie goal, but if I crave peanut butter, ice-cream or chocolate at that time of the month, then I have about 500 calories to help satisfy my cravings. It's worked for me the last month.
