  • I am in the same situation. I am 5'2 and about 116lbs. For me the number on the scale does not really matter but I want to loose inches and excess body fat that has developed over the past few years.
  • I have this machine as well. I really don't know how effective it is because i have never used it consistently. I am curious to know if anyone saw a significant weight loss with this machine... I feel that it is not that challenging.
