I bought one of the Tony Little's Gazelles a long time ago... I used it for six months straight and didn't see a difference in my body... Are there certain tricks to doing different exercises on them or am I just not coordinated LOL

    I have this machine as well. I really don't know how effective it is because i have never used it consistently. I am curious to know if anyone saw a significant weight loss with this machine... I feel that it is not that challenging.
