Thank you for that!! Ok so if 3500 calories is a pound...then I'm only losing about 1/2 pound a week if I don't work out and eat 1500 calories a day right? (TDEE-1500=253x7=1771) So what happens if I eat back half of my calories burned through exercise...do I only calculate the part I don't eat back?

Me too! I love steel cut oats. It takes a bit longer to cook, but I love them! After it's done I add fresh fruit (1/2c) and sprinkle cinnamon. I'm seeing a lot of posts saying they add eggs in theirs - I'm going to try this because I'm not a big fan of eggs...hope it's good...

I started this (30DS) a couple of days ago...first day I felt great afterwards...second day my knees were killing me!!! Not sure what happened...maybe I did the lunges wrong or something? Has anyone else injured themselves with this?

I'm pretty good about drinking about 120 oz per day. I do better during the week (at work) than on the weekends at home. :/

If you're eating 1200 and burning 300...you are already at 900...too low already... you need to add more healthy calories to your diet. I would add 300.

If you are consuming 1200 calories...are they coming from healthy foods? Are you exercising?

I'm like you...I don't want to make my own pizza...plus I want it to taste like good ol' pizza and not a substitute! IF I do eat pizza, I will only eat 1 or 2 slices with a large salad on the side - sometimes it just depends how many calories I have to work with and whether or not I'm going to work out. :)

I hear ya! What I meant by "eating light" was on the days where I'm not that hungry I'm around 1200 cal...but the 1550 cal are also coming from clean eating!

I don't think I ever ate this much veggies, fruit and lean meat in my whole life! I definitely FEEL better!! My goal is 1550 calories a day (40/30/30), but if I eat light...I'm around 1200 calories...not sure if that's good or not???

I take a 10 second break after completing every 50 at once and then go at it again. If I can do more than 50 then I will...but my break is never longer than 10 seconds. I'm on Day 9 - I'm only using 5lb weights with my squats.

I took ideas from this post, and made some steel cut oats (1/4c dry) added 3 fresh strawberries, 1/2 a banana, cinnamon sprinkle, and a small drizzle of honey! Yum yum yum! On to the next idea for tomorrow!
