Belly no belly, abs, no abs, never bothered me, I find that I'm attracted to mostly guys with hot sexy abs but my husband when we met he had no belly at all he does now, after 11 years lol.

Thank y'all, my butt use to be really big before weight loss, once I lost it, everything started to really sag and flatten back there, right now doing insanity and hoping to get some more tone to it.

I felt like this and stopped counting calories and gained 20 lbs back, now down 10 of those 20 and I feel better when counting and happier. So for me it's best to do this for the rest of my life, it just makes me happier to know what goes into my body and how much goes into my body.

I had lost 133 lbs and gained 20 back, now down 10 from that, totally been there. It happens, but it made me wake up and realize what I need to do.

I drink wine a lot, and on Thursday's it's margarita night lol. We just recently started rita nights, but wine has been there from the start. You can drink and lose weight as long as you plan it.

My first 2 rounds of this, I did the same thing. This round I'm not gaining nothing, Actually after day 5 lost 5 lbs, but that is water weight, I went off of everything and now getting back on it I think I'm just losing water.

I lost 133 lbs once but gained some, honestly it's will power, learning what you want most over what you want in a moment. I'm back to it and will get the little I gained off. You'll gain a little after you get close to your goal because you'll get comfortable but the trick is, catching it before it gets out of hand.
