Over the last month my get up and go has got up and gone. I have been complacent, I have been unmotivated
I haven't logged my food, I haven't exercised. My weight has bounced up and down like a yoyo and at this point I am 2lb heavier than I was last month.

A couple of days ago I got back on the wagon and I re-evaluated myself. I came to the conclusion that the reason I am slacking is because I am happier than I have been in a while. I no longer look at myself in the mirror and cry. I wore a swimsuit on the beach. I went and got a bra fitted.

Don't get me wrong I am still fat, my stomach is still flabby, my arms still have bingo wings and my spare tyre would fit a small car but I have come a long way.
So maybe my little blip was a good thing, it made realise who I am now, how I feel about myself now and what my next move is.

Going through a blip after losing a bit of weight? Maybe its time to take a look inside and start again.

yeah I get those every twenty lbs lost or so. Its like a chance to recharge your batteries and assess your situation. Just keep at it and don't give up. its normal.

I had lost 133 lbs and gained 20 back, now down 10 from that, totally been there. It happens, but it made me wake up and realize what I need to do.

I just keep logging through the period I'm not motivated so I don't backslide. Then reevaluate periodically.
