I would have the largest, most authentic paella I could find, followed by a huge ice cream and meringue sundae!

Thank you. rileysowner - I went on there and it said at my goal weight it would be 1678 which is a bit more reasonable I think, thank you for that. I have also invested in a step counter and today I did 7, 819 steps! So I will adjust accordingly thank you all :)

I am 5 ft 3 so 120 lbs fits in the healthy BMI range. When I put it into MFP it came out at 1300 cals for 2 lb loss with low activity? However I never know what low activity means as my job requires me to be on my feet all day but it isn't what I would deem active. When I burn more with my exercise I do plan to eat back…

Pudding rice you can get from any supermarket (uk) and my packet from tesco is 111 cals per 100g. Yes weighed before cooking. I was only trying to help share a tasty low cal alternative as tinned rice pudding can be triple those calories for half the amount.

Try this: Just thought I would share a tasty recipe for very filling rice pudding. It says it is for two but if you eat the whole lot it is only 86 cals! •bake 50g dry pudding rice in 560ml water (stirred well) in the oven at 160°C/140°C Fan/Gas 3 for 45 minutes. •Remove from the oven, strain the rice to remove the…

Just so you know that was a joke, like the saying a moment on your lips a lifetime on the hips. I was just making the point you are more likely able to get a sweat item to fit in your calorie limit at the start of the day. Most sugar hits are not planned so come the evening you would most liekly of already hit your calorie…

I would suggest eating 1700 - 2000 cals looking at what you have put. You only need to restrict calories so much when you have a lot of weight to go. I hate the term 'starvation mode' because people think it means your body will start to store all the calories you consume which is ludicrous. However if you don't eat enough…

I would hope you would seek a medical professionals help as well. However in my experience binge eating comes from putting too many restrictions on food or using food as a self-harming tool. The best thing I have learnt is to eat a little bit when I want it but log it. Seeing it in numbers makes you see it differently. I…

I can relate to this. I lost most of my weight when on maternity leave because when I went back to work there is so much temptation. What I do now is say I can have one thing a day at the office but only if I walk to and from work (60 minute total) otherwise its tough luck. It has helped but not very good. The annoying…

I know exactly how you feel. I have lost almost 50 lbs and even though I still have 50 to go I can't see any change. I have a picture at my heaviest and compare current me to old me and can see it in pictures but when i look in the mirror it is the old me staring back. Apparently it can take 12 weeks to adjust to the new…

I was going to list reasons why this is not practical but I get the feeling If I did you would bite my head off so I won't bother but basically this won't happen although I might be able to do it the night before. And FYI I have not ordered a takeaway off this laptop nor have I ever watched porn yet I still get these…

@Deathlylooks thats easier said then done. I am a single mum (living alone) to a12month old, I have a job and I am studying for my degree. I hardly have time to pre make my meals. I do only buy good food but then dont have 30+mins to stand by a stove cooking so wind up buying a takeaway so these diet foods are my only…

I do think it seems ideal because i spend too much time trying to plan my meals and then the more i think about food the more i eat its catch 21. So i figured if diet chef can do the thinking that leaves me to just focus on the scales. Glad you have had a great success so far and hope it continues. I have just ordered my…

Would like to see some too! However it has taken me 10 months to lose 41lbs sw 228 cw 187 gw 128 I am 5'3 and lost this on calorie counting alone. I have recently started walking and I am planning the c25k to help shift the next 40. I still eat crap just not as much and im still decreasing it. Future goal - next to no junk…

That's fantastic, I think so many of us focus on the scales we forget just how many nsv( non scale victories) and health benefits are also taking place. A huge well done :drinker:
