Without more info, I'm with eleqtriq and vegandave - if you are avoiding the soy protein isolates and the other soy derived convenience foods, you are doing great. I'm not sure there is anything to replace these - unless you start using whole soy beans or some other legume. Tell us more and we can be more helpful :wink:

I'm still completing my foundations course - last one on Monday! After resting yesterday and sleeping in a bit too late this morning, I decided to challenge myself with 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Air squats to push ups. Finished in 6:29. I'm looking forward to joining the level 1 class next week.

I spent a bunch of money on Vega and then got an upset stomach when I used it... I'm not giving up, but man was that uncomfortable! I'll second what others have said about the hemp proteins - they don't dissolve well. That said, TJ's chocolate hemp powder with almond milk and some natural peanut butter is a welcome treat…

Finished Week 1 yesterday. Felt really good! I had stopped for a few days because I was having leg pain. New shoes - properly fitted in a running store and everything - seem to have solved the problem. The foam roller certainly helped! Great work everyone! Keep it up!
